All orders received by 4pm (WST) are normally packed and dispatched next business day.

Nature’s Counter offers FREE Standard shipping for all orders over $100.00, delivered within Australia.

All orders under $100.00 will incur a $8.50 flat rate for shipping except for Moringa, which has a flat rate of $13.00 to cover insurance and Express Delivery.


Max Biocare, Moringa are shipped directly from manufacturer.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item if it is not able to be supplied. However, we will offer you a refund for any item which can not be delivered.

Returns or Refunds

We welcome refunds within 5 days of receiving items.

You are welcome to request a refund where:

a) The incorrect item(s) are delivered (provided the item(s) have not been opened or tampered with  and are in re-saleable condition); or

b) An item is faulty; or    

c) To any extent permitted by law

No refund will be given for:

a) Change of mind

b) Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in a resaleable condition

c) Incorrect orders made by the recipient

IMPORTANT NOTICE Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with,or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item). 

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue a refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
