Nature's Counter operates the Site as an online store for the sale and purchase of retail goods.
The Site may contain information from a number of suppliers of products. The Site provides you with the opportunity to purchase goods or services provided by suppliers to Nature's Counter for sale on the Site.
We are not an agent for the suppliers, nor are we an agent for any third party suppliers of any goods or services that are advertised on the Site.
Information contained on the Site about goods and services offered by a supplier is provided by that supplier. We do not monitor, verify or endorse information submitted by suppliers for posting on this Site and you should be aware that such information may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date and may change at any time.
Pricing and Payment
The price of goods ordered is the current price at the time of delivery, unless a specific price has been quoted. All prices are in Australian dollars. Payment for goods online may be made via our payment gateway.
Nature's Counter currently accepts the following payment method options:
1. Online credit card payment by PayPal, Mastercard or Visa;
You may pay for goods by PayPal, Mastercard or Visa.
Choosing to pay by credit card is an efficient way of shopping on the Site, as orders will be processed once confirmation of payment is received.
In relation to ensuring your safety when making online credit card payments, always look for 'https://' in the address bar as well as the padlock or key symbol in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window. Please note if you are using IE 7 Windows browser, the padlock can be found in the top right hand corner at the end of the address.
Goods and Services ("GST") and Other Taxes
Prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of GST applied at the rate of 10%.
You are responsible for the payment of any and all taxes, duties, charges, imposts or other liabilities imposed by any government agency, government taxation agency or the governmental body, including without limitation, any customs duty, any additional GST payable or any value added tax imposed on any products or services acquired or ordered from you from this Site.
Risk & Title
Nature's Counter will retain title to the goods you order until you have made payment in full for those goods but all risk in the goods will pass to you upon the delivery of the goods to, or the collection of the goods by, a postal or courier service. You should consider whether to obtain any suitable insurance in respect of the goods.
Orders and Deliveries
You may place an order for goods via the shopping cart tool on the Site.
All products advertised on the Site are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice. We accept no responsibility or liability for any goods we are unable to supply for any reason.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or misprints and we have no responsibility if any of the goods or services advertised on the Site are unavailable. Back orders will be recorded and delivered when available, unless otherwise advised.
Nature's Counter will attempt to deliver or dispatch all orders within 1 Business Day from the date the order is made, however Nature's Counter accepts no responsibility for delays. We will notify you of any unexpected delays as soon as reasonably possible.
We welcome refunds within 3 days of receiving items.
You are welcome to request a refund where:
a) The incorrect item(s) are delivered (provided the item(s) have not been opened or tampered with and are in re-saleable condition); or
b) An item is faulty; or
c) To any extent permitted by law
No refund will be given for:
a) Change of mind
b) Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in a resalable condition
c) Incorrect orders made by the recipient
d) Sale items are final and are not eligible for refund.
IMPORTANT NOTICE Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item).
